Why Long Prayers

Why pray so extensively?
These prayers are a rather exhaustive listing of areas that I have seen come under occult attack. 2 Corinthians 2:11 says, “ ...in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.” After all these centuries of influencing people, Satan can outwit any human on Earth.

In Matthew 7:7, Jesus says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” James 4:2 says, “You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God.” Attacks against us are successful unless the source of attack is addressed in prayer.

The first thing we need to do is shut down demonic communication. Satan depends upon his spy network to keep track of what's happening. Better Satan not know you are attacking his kingdom!  Surprise is the first rule of warfare.

God deals with us as organizations as well as individuals. In Matthew 23:30-32, Jesus criticized the Jewish leaders, saying, “And you say, 'If we had lived in the days of our forefathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.' So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. Fill up, then, the measure of the sin of your forefathers!” Satan does, too. Helping individuals may not work if the attack is on an organizational level higher than that.

We need to address a lot of objects and properties because they can be demon-infested to influence us. This is called “charming.” The objects don't have to touch us; the demons can just be nearby.

Satan has human allies who work against us physically and spiritually. By definition these people are persecuting us. We are required to pray for them. In Matthew 5:44-45, Jesus said, “But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” They can create organizations that attack so they wouldn't be touched by prayers addressed against individuals.

Dealing with all the demons at once keeps them from hopping from place to place to duck the deliverance. They often do this if the people used an organizational attack. Also, the occultists can set up some demons to counterattack if some exorcist goes after the occultists.  But if you nuke all the demons at once, there's none left to come your way.

I use the word "clusters" to refer to demon groups.  In Mark 5:6-11, Mark considered the most important part of the Gadarene demoniac story to be that the demons called Jesus the Son of God.  But if you rearrange the verses chronologically, you see that Jesus told it to get out and it refused.  It turned out to be a cluster of demons.  When Jesus started addressing the demons one at a time, they asked to be allowed to leave as a cluster.  Jesus consented and they left.

In demonic religions people traditionally give worship empowerment to the demons, usually without knowing what the demons do with it. They are the power plant for these demonic religions. These traditions are fought with prayers for God to speak Truth to these people. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” John 8:32 says, “Then you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free."

What demons humans empower, other humans (Christians) can strip of power.  All Christians have authority over demons by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. Matthew 18:18 says, "I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven.” Once the demons are stripped of power, getting rid of them is a five second operation!

It is best to leave the demons in the people frozen so they can't go get more demons and come back. (Matthew 12:43-45)  When they become Christians, the demons can be cast out.

Casting out demons is a negative and harsh operation; we need to restore our faith, hope & love for the God if we use this authority a lot.  Beware lest you take on some of the attitudes of the demons you are dealing with.

I pray for all aspects of all the people. Remember, we have not because we ask not. Breaking the power of lies is important.

We are to bless those who misuse us. In so doing, you are figuratively heaping burning coals on their head. If they persist, they can find they are up against God Himself.  Heck, bless 'em all and let God sort 'em out!
