These people need to know Jesu of the Bible.  This can only be prayed by a Christian; Muslims have no power over Shaytaan, his qabeeluhu, qareen and jinns.  This gets rid of all sihr done by saahirs. Only Christians have the Holy Spirit who does these things  for us.

Pray thus:  "I bind all jinn and shayaateen communication around me in Jesus' name."

"Heavenly Father, I present before you:
A.  Islam as a whole. For its governments, civil service, military and police.  For its political, shariah and fiqh organizations.  For its religious and occult organizations.  For its businesses, marketplace and financial organizations.  For its education, madrassa and news organizations.  For its entertainment and arts organizations.  For its medical organizations.  For its science organizations.  For its Jihad and criminal organizations.
B.  For the people of Islam.  Their families, friends and networks.  Their properties, environments, communications, transportation and utilities. All charms, power centers, strongholds and enchantments they use or worship or have made.  All organizational levels they belong to.
C.  Those people who have worked or conspired to influence or harm (A) or (B), directly or indirectly in the last ten years.  All of their environments, properties, communications, transportation and utilities. All charms, Korans, hadiths, sunnahs, lingums, gangas,  power centers, strongholds and enchantments they use or worship or have made.  All organizational levels they belong to.
D.  All jinns,   & clusters that have affected or are on or sent out by the above.
E.  For the people who empower these jinns, shayaateen  & clusters, directly or indirectly.  Their organizations, families and friends.  Their properties and environments, communications, transportation, utilities and networks. All charms, power centers, strongholds and enchantments they use or worship or have made.  All organizational levels they belong to.  The jinns, shayaateen  & clusters affecting or on any of (E)."

1.  "By the Authority of Jesu, I break the human empowerment and assignments given the jinns, shayaateen  & clusters of M1 through jinn-devotion behavior, jinn-inspired behavior, submission, blood pacts, covenants and dedications.  I break the unrighteous soul ties, networks and enchantments on the people of M1.  I break the ley lines to the power centers and strongholds of M1.
2.  I bind the jinns and shayaateen  affecting the people in M1 to silence and impotence.  I command all the rest of the jinns, shayaateen  & clusters of M1 to leave now and go to where the true Lord Jesus would send you.  Heavenly Father, I bless You and love you!
3.  Heavenly Father, I ask you to draw the people of M1 to salvation in all areas of their lives: spirit, soul, bodies, emotions, families and finances.  Please speak Truth to them through angels, visions, dreams, human ambassadors and Bibles.  Please replace Satan's worldviews, attitudes, identities, priorities, delusions and suggestions with Your Truth.
